Ingredients[edit]
- 1 cup of chopped spinach
- 2 tablespoons of green onion
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 2 sprays of cooking spray
- Shredded cheddar cheese (for the top of the frittata)
Directions[edit]
- Chop the spinach with a pizza cutter, and add to bowl. Do the same with the green onion. Add the salt and pepper.
- Add six eggs and stir. Spray the pan and cook the mixture for about 6 minutes. Add the cheddar cheese to the top as desired.
- Cover the handle of the pan with aluminum foil as needed. Put in a 400 degree oven for 6 minutes.
- Slide the frittata out of the pan onto a plate and cut into 8 pieces.
